Low Vision Montana (LVM) is a 501(c)3 established in 2005 to promote independence for Montanans with low vision.Our mission is to connect people who have low vision or blindness (and their families) with options that create and enhance independence.
Our primary objectives are threefold:
To help individuals with low vision access community, social and agency resources in a logical and consistent manner – to “connect the dots” within the maze of disparate services
To make low vision equipment available for local demonstration and evaluation throughout the state
To offer thoughtful referral to appropriate peer and support groups.
